Our Tradition
What is Anglicanism?
Anglicanism is a worldwide body of Christians responding to God's revelation through Jesus Christ. It brings together the authority of the Bible, the historic faith, and the beauty of structured prayer. Rooted in tradition, yet contemporary in practice. United in substance, yet diverse in expression. We are a global family living out our faith in local communities.

A Word from Our Rector
I wanted to eat, sleep, and breathe the Bible. The Anglican tradition provided a trustworthy model for patterning my life around Scripture, forming in me Bible-shaped worship and prayer.
The Rev. Dr. Craig Sanders
Rector
At Christ the King, we believe the Anglican tradition offers a beautiful path for following Jesus—one that is rooted in Scripture, shaped by liturgy, and lived out in community. Whether you're new to faith or have walked with Christ for years, we invite you to journey with us.
